The new buildings harmonically co-exist with the historic ones, and the usage of structural timber elements will not only provide a light-weight, but also sustainable way of densifying the ensemble. Relevant geometrical, material and detail features found in the Old Domus are treated respectfully and are at the same time re-interpreted into a new architectural language.
This new face of the Old Domus proposes as complementary design, integrating and completing the valuable historic ensemble instead of superimposing alien architectures onto it. It becomes relevant to add a new architectural layer to the ensemble, to increase the residual density, and to implement social incubators bringing student residents and local neighbourhood closer together. To do so, it is required to not only execute a profound and respectful renovation of the existing ensemble, improving the energy performance of the structures and living standards for its residents. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand use hands to finger, handle, or feel reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.Customer & Resident Relations o Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness o Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition o Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters o Enforce policies of the community that are delegated by immediate supervisor.Maintenance Supervisor o Utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically o Perform additional tasks and responsibilities requested by Community Manager o Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings and units in timely manner at Management request o Responsible for understanding and following key policy o Responsible for understanding and following entry into apartments o Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to Community Manager and Community Housekeeping o Responsible for general cleaning and trash removal of grounds and residential areas including make-ready units and common areas o Responsible for cleaning and preparing vacant units for move-in o Responsible for cleaning and upkeep daily of community’s offices, amenities, etc.Housekeeper is also responsible for the cleaning make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor prior to move-in. The Housekeeper is responsible for daily cleaning of apartment community’s public facilities, common areas and grounds.
